At Familiar, we put care into every order.

Since our products are made in limited batches, we do not accept refunds or exchanges, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

💥 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we’ll make it right.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

📌 Order number

📸 Clear photos of the item and packaging

📝 A brief description of the issue

Once approved, we will offer:

✔️ A replacement (if the item is in stock)

✔️ OR a refund for the damaged item

🚫 Not Eligible for Refund or Exchange

We are unable to accept returns for:

✘ Change of mind

✘ Items damaged after delivery

✘ Incorrect delivery address provided

✘ Normal wear and tear
